Slow and Steady for June

Whistler: Sales were slow for June, typical for this time of year due to end-of-school-year activities and the beginning of the summer holidays for families.  Nevertheless, if you want to sell your property, this is the best time to put it on the market. The combination of rain, sun and long days, means Whistler's rainforests are lush and gardens are flourishing.

Squamish: Detached home sales have remained steady based on last year’s numbers.  We noted fewer sales of homes above the $1.5M list price and that these higher-end homes are adjusting their pricing downward in an attempt to get more in line with current sales trends.  Now is definitely a good time to buy in Squamish!
