WhistlerWe have good news for vendors and anyone considering listing their property as we see out the last few weeks of summer. There were more than double the number sales for detached homes in August (11) than sales in July (5) with the average days on the market also reduced from 129 days in July to 74 days in August. The market is on the move!
Same goes for Squamish; sales increased across the board for detached, townhomes and condos! We also noted an increase in the benchmark price for all property types and the number of active listings. We anticipate seeing more of this market movement as we come out of summer, school and university starts and we prepare for the cooler months.
